Crystal Repose is a hand-tufted rug with a pile of New Zealand wool and viscose. This original design from the IDekron Christmas collection brings colour and texture to living rooms, bedrooms and studies, during the festive season and throughout the year.

Design inspiration: Viennese chandeliers and Bohemian glass
Above Vienna’s winter streets, festive chandeliers seem to float for a moment. Crystal Repose connects that memory with the clarity and layered beauty of Bohemian glass. Light and dark facets emerge from a generous ivory field, as though a reflection were moving slowly across the floor. Golden accents warm the cooler colours. Instead of reproducing sparkling decoration, the design translates its rhythm into stillness and space. Its festive origins remain present, while the open composition leaves room for furniture, art and the everyday life around it.

For stains or a thorough clean, consult a professional experienced with wool and viscose rugs. An underlay helps reduce movement and protect the rug.
A note on colour
Screens and lighting can affect colour appearance. Each rug is made by hand; slight variations in pile, texture and colour are part of its individual character. Viscose can appear lighter or darker as the light and pile direction change.
