Your rug is shipped to the agreed delivery address. The confirmed delivery timeframe depends on the construction and design.

Crafting begins once you approve the design and we receive the agreed first payment. Your rug is dispatched after the balance is paid.

Do I need a finished design?
No. Dimensions, a colour idea or a reference image are enough to start the conversation. We will then discuss the design together.
How much does a custom rug cost?
The price reflects your chosen design, plus a 10% customization fee. We then apply the best eligible discount. See how pricing works
How long does production take?
Production and delivery depend on technique, size and design. We confirm the specific timeframe in your quotation before you order.
How can I pay?
Payment in full on approval is preferred. You can also choose 50% on approval and 50% a few days before dispatch. Explore payment options
Can I return my custom-made rug?
Our voluntary 30-day return policy does not cover custom-made or personalized products. Under German law, goods made to your individual specifications or clearly personalized are generally excluded from the statutory right of withdrawal (§ 312g(2)(1) BGB). Choosing a standard catalogue option alone does not make a product personalized. Your statutory rights concerning defects, incorrect goods or other breaches of contract, and mandatory protections in your country, remain unaffected.
What do we agree before production?
We confirm the design, dimensions, colours, materials, construction, total price, payment schedule and expected delivery in writing. Please check these details before approval. Later requests to change or cancel an order are considered individually; they may affect price and delivery and require a further agreement. Statutory rights remain unaffected. Handmade variation does not override the agreed specification or valid claims for defects.
