RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL & RETURN POLICY
1. STATUTORY RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer, you generally have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier, received the goods.
If an order contains several goods that are delivered separately, the withdrawal period begins when the last item is received.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from the contract by means of a clear statement.

You may use the model withdrawal form set out below for this purpose, but use of the form is not mandatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your statement exercising the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.
2. EFFECTS OF WITHDRAWAL
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments we received from you in connection with the withdrawn order, including any costs charged for the least expensive standard delivery option offered by us.
The reimbursement will be made without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive your notice of withdrawal.
As a rule, we will use the same means of payment for the reimbursement that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. You will not incur any additional fees as a result of the reimbursement.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have provided evidence that you have sent the goods back, whichever occurs first.
After declaring your withdrawal, you must return or hand over the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days.
Please contact us at ruckgabe@idekron.de before returning the goods so that we can provide you with return instructions appropriate to the particular item.
For returns from Germany and the European Union, we will bear the direct return shipping costs provided the return is made in accordance with our return instructions.
For returns from countries outside the European Union, please contact us before shipping the goods. The applicable return costs and any required customs formalities will be communicated in accordance with the order and applicable legal requirements.
You are liable for any diminished value of the goods only where that loss in value results from handling the goods beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.
3. EXCEPTION FOR CUSTOM-MADE AND PERSONALIZED GOODS
Pursuant to § 312g(2)(1) BGB, the statutory right of withdrawal generally does not apply to goods:
- that are not prefabricated and for whose production an individual selection or decision by the customer is decisive
- or that are clearly tailored to the customer's personal needs
This includes in particular rugs made individually to customer specifications, for example rugs with individually agreed dimensions, shapes, designs, colors, or other customer-specific features.
Before production of a custom-made item begins, the essential specifications or final design will be coordinated with you and approved by you.
Your statutory rights in the event of defects or delivery of goods that do not conform to the agreed characteristics remain unaffected.
4. VOLUNTARY 30-DAY RETURN RIGHT
In addition to the statutory right of withdrawal, IDekron grants a voluntary return right of 30 days from receipt of the goods for eligible standard items.
This voluntary return right does not affect your statutory rights, in particular your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal and your statutory warranty rights.
For returns made after the statutory withdrawal period has expired but within the voluntary 30-day period, the following conditions apply:
- The goods are generally unused and undamaged.
- The goods show no signs of use beyond what is customary for an inspection.
- Any accessories and components supplied with the goods are returned together with the goods.
- The goods are packaged securely and suitably for transport.

The voluntary 30-day return right does not apply to custom-made or personalized goods.
5. RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
For approved returns of eligible standard items from Germany and the European Union, we will bear the direct return shipping costs provided our return instructions are used.
For returns from countries outside the European Union, please contact us at ruckgabe@idekron.de before returning the goods. The return method, costs, and any required customs formalities will be coordinated on a case-by-case basis.
For justified complaints due to a defect, damage, or incorrect delivery, we will bear the necessary return shipping costs in accordance with applicable law.
6. DAMAGE, DEFECTS, AND INCORRECT DELIVERIES
Please inspect your order as soon as reasonably possible after receipt.

If possible, please send us a short description and photos of the issue. This allows us to review the matter more quickly.
This request does not limit your statutory warranty rights.
Because many of our products are handmade, minor variations typical of handcrafted products may occur in color, texture, shape, or dimensions. Such minor variations do not constitute a defect where they do not materially impair the agreed characteristics or normal use of the product.
7. EXCHANGES
At present, we generally cannot guarantee direct exchanges.
If you would like a different standard item, you may return the eligible item you received in accordance with this Return Policy and order the desired item separately.
If an item is defective or was delivered incorrectly, please contact us first so that we can work with you to find an appropriate solution.
8. REFUNDS
After we receive your return, we will inform you about the further processing status.
For a statutory withdrawal, the statutory reimbursement deadlines described above apply.
For a return under our voluntary 30-day return right, reimbursement is generally made within 10 business days after the goods have been received and inspected.
As a rule, reimbursement is made using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.
Please note that banks, credit-card companies, or payment service providers may require additional processing time after we have issued the reimbursement.
