IDekron is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.

The following Terms and Conditions, along with any policies referenced herein (these “General Terms and Conditions” or “Terms”), describe your rights and obligations when using the Services. Please read these General Terms and Conditions carefully. By visiting, using, or interacting with our Services, you agree to be bound by these General Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. SECTION 1 – ACCESS AND ACCOUNT

By agreeing to these General Terms and Conditions, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your country of residence. To use the Services, including accessing our online shops or purchasing the products we offer, you may be asked to provide certain information, such as your email address, billing, payment, and shipping details. You represent and warrant that all information you provide in our shop is accurate, current, and complete. You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials and for all activities under your account.

SECTION 2 – OUR PRODUCTS

We have made every effort to accurately display our products and services in our online store. Because our products are handcrafted artisan items (such as rugs, ceramics, metalwork, and glass art), each piece is unique. Minor variations in shape, color, texture, and dimensions are inherent to the nature of handmade work and do not constitute a defect. Please also note that product colors or appearance may vary depending on your device type and display settings. All product descriptions are subject to change at any time without notice, at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.

SECTION 3 – ORDERS AND CONTRACT FORMATION

The presentation of products in the online store does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather an invitation to treat (non-binding online catalog). By clicking the button “Complete Purchase” (or equivalent checkout button), you place a binding order for the items in your shopping cart. Confirmation of receipt of your order is sent together with the acceptance of the order immediately after submission via an automated email (Order Confirmation). The purchase contract is formed upon receipt of this email confirmation. Returns or exchanges of your purchases are governed by our Right of Withdrawal (Return Policy).

SECTION 4 – PRICES AND BILLING

All stated prices are final prices. Due to small business status pursuant to § 19 UStG (German Value Added Tax Act), we do not charge or display VAT. Prices, discounts, and promotions are subject to change without prior notice. Unless expressly stated otherwise, indicated prices do not include shipping costs, handling fees, or any applicable customs duties and import taxes for international deliveries outside the EU. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase, payment, and account information for all purchases made in our shop. You represent and warrant that you are legally authorized to use the chosen payment method.

SECTION 5 – SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Unless agreed otherwise, delivery will be made to the delivery address specified by the customer. Estimated delivery times are stated during the checkout process and serve as guidelines. If you are purchasing as a consumer (private individual), we bear the risk of shipping (risk of loss or damage to the goods during transit) until the goods are delivered to you, regardless of the shipping method used.

SECTION 6 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Our Services, including all trademarks, brand names, text, images, graphics, product reviews, videos, and audio files, as well as their design, are the property of IDekron, its affiliates, or licensors, and are protected by German and international intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or commercially use any of the materials without our prior written consent.

SECTION 7 – OPTIONAL TOOLS AND THIRD-PARTY LINKS

You may be provided with access to third-party tools or links through the Services over which we have no control. We accept no liability whatsoever arising from or relating to your use of optional third-party tools or visits to external websites. Please carefully review the policies of the respective third-party provider.

SECTION 8 – RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY

IDekron is hosted on the e-commerce platform Shopify. However, all sales and purchases made in our shop are directly between you and IDekron (Farha Naz). Shopify is not a party to this purchase contract and is not responsible for any aspect of sales between you and IDekron.

All personal data collected through the Services is subject to our Privacy Policy, which is provided in compliance with the GDPR. By using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy.

SECTION 10 – ERRORS AND INACCURACIES

You are prohibited from using the website or its content for any unlawful purpose, to violate any intellectual property rights, or to harass others. Uploading malicious code, viruses, or using automated systems (such as web crawlers, scraping tools, or unauthorized AI agents) in a manner that disrupts shop operations or bypasses security barriers is strictly prohibited.

SECTION 12 – SEVERABILITY AND ENTIRE AGREEMENT

If any provision of these General Terms and Conditions is determined to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, such provision shall nonetheless be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and the unenforceable portion shall be deemed severed from these Terms. SECTION 13 – GOVERNING LAW

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). If you place an order as a consumer and your habitual residence is in another country of the European Union at the time of your order, the application of mandatory statutory provisions of that country shall remain unaffected by the choice of law above.
