Its sculptural texture and carefully balanced colours bring character to contemporary living rooms, studies and lounge spaces.

Generous blocks of honey yellow, caramel and cinnamon brown form a rectangular composition. Wide ivory spaces and softly rounded corners give the pattern breathing room and soften its geometric order.

Design inspiration – Basel Spiced Tessera

Basel's Läckerli tradition provides the sensory starting point for Spiced Tessera. Memories of spices, warm bakeries and pieces divided by hand become colour, proportion and surface. Fields of different sizes feel deliberately assembled without following a rigid grid. Pale bands separate the warm tones and keep the composition open. This culinary reference becomes an abstract design whose appeal does not depend on knowing its origin. Each area leaves room to appreciate the texture of the wool. In a contemporary home, Spiced Tessera brings warmth and order together, complementing natural materials as readily as distinctive furniture and art.

Key features

Premium quality: Hand-tufted with a New Zealand wool pile for a soft, substantial feel and a naturally matte finish.

Exclusive IDekron design: An original design from IDekron's Swiss city collection.

Inspired by Basel: Basel's Läckerli tradition provides the sensory starting point for Spiced Tessera.

Colour palette: Honey yellow, caramel, cinnamon brown and ivory.

Craftsmanship: Raised colour blocks meet lower, textured spaces, with finely worked contours defining the main shapes.

Styling: A distinctive focal point for modern living rooms, quiet workspaces and city apartments furnished with art.

Ideal for

Living rooms · Bedrooms · Studies · Reception and lounge areas · Contemporary city apartments

Care instructions

Vacuum gently and regularly using suction only, without a rotating brush.
